The ideal candidate is a highly motivated self-starter who is eager to excel and thrives in a fast-paced and technology-rich environment. We provide outsourced accounting and bookkeeping functions for many ultra high net worth families throughout the Bay Area enabling the person who fills this position to enjoy a variety of challenging tasks unique to many different complex families.

MAIN JOB DUTIES:
• Accounts Payable
o Processing payments for capital calls
o Completing required paperwork for donor-advised fund contributions
o Manage weekly AP bill payments
o Process New Vendor setups
o Process online payments
o GL code invoices and credit card statements
o Downloading online banking and credit card transactions
o Manage annual 1099 run
• Accounts Receivable
o Create and distribute invoices
o Process E-Deposits
o Process standard deposits
• Process Payroll
o Process household employment payroll and tax deposits
o File quarterly and annual payroll tax returns
o Process workers compensation reports and audits
• Bank Reconciliations
o Process monthly bank and complex investment account reconciliations
• AA in Accounting
• 1-3 years Accounting experience
• Solid knowledge of QuickBooks software
• Excellent PC skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Proficient typing & 10-key speed
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills while maintaining a high level of discretion
• Self-starter with willingness to learn and positive attitude
• Must be detail oriented, highly organized, and dependable
• Knowledge of tax is preferred, but not required
